The Select Board has announced the following schedule for the 2025 Annual Town Meeting:
Jan. 6, 2025, Monday @ 4:30 pm – Deadline for filing nomination papers at the Town Office
Jan. 15, 2025 Wednesday – 6:00 pm - Select Board to hold Budget Workshop. Residents are welcome to attend.
Jan. 16, 2025, Thursday – 4:30 pm – Deadline for objections to nomination paper’s signatures.
Jan. 17, 2025, Friday - 4:30 p.m. – Deadline for submission of articles by the public for the annual town meeting (must be submitted to the Town Office)
Jan. 31, 2025, Friday - 4:30 p.m. – Deadline for submission of annual reports from department heads and committee chairs.
March 7, 2025, Friday – 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Town election at the Palmyra Community Center
March 8, 2025, Saturday - 10:00 a.m. Annual Town Meeting at the Palmyra Community Center (Gymnasium)
One on One Tech Help - 3rd Tuesday of each month - 1:30 to 3:30 - Here at the Community Center

Town Meeting
The Town of Palmyra has Select Board /Town Meeting form of government. It has a five-member Board, who are elected for staggered three-year terms. Elections take place the day before the Annual Town Meeting which is held the second Saturday in March.
